| I met Prof. Moiz Hussain
in Pindi, Hotel P.C. and after listening to my unusual change / success. He asked me
to give this in writing sot that others can read and also benefit.
My Change in Career well here it is:
I started my business very unexpectedly and suddenly
this June '99. All my life I knew that I was not meant to work for others forever
and sitting at home looked a remote possibility. I knew there was going to be a time
when I would be the master of my own business. But what business and how it would
come about and when and where it would be were all questions I ould not logically answer
any body - even my own sister a 4D graduate was unconvinced that I was serious in ths
direction because I could not satisfy her with a logical arguement as where I was heading
for in my career and what plans I had chalked out for my self to achieve this aim.
All I coudl say was that I know where I am headed for and that this was to take place but
I was not sure when it would happen. All I knew was that this was my destiny and
that it would happen one day somehow. I did though have a vague idea it would be
garments related business because of my experiences in this area. However, I assumed
that this would happen may be 6 years or so from now!. Thanks to 4D it has happened
much quickly. I have opened with a friend of mine 2 shops selling children's
garments. Name of the shop is "MUNCHKINS". One shop is stationed in
Lahore and the other in Islamabad. I have small 20 machine production unit in
Lahore. We intend (as soon as it is possible) to go nation wide and have a
complete chain of stores in Karachi / Faisalabad / Sialkot / Peshawar. Though we are
facing immense problems tackling with even these 2 shops but I am confident through 4D all
problems should ease out in the course of time. Lastly I want to thank you, Dr. Moiz
Hussain, for all your conscious and unconscious support in making this a reality for me. |
