In
a bowl, mix together one cup of cider vinegar - use only cider vinegar - one cup of honey
and eight cloves of chopped garlic. Place the combination in a blender. And
mix on high speed for 60 seconds. Pour the mixture into another jar of glass
(container). Seal and leave in the refrigerator for five days. Normal dosage is two teaspoons in a glass
of water or fruit juice, grape or orange juice are best, before breakfast. A second
dose, if desired, can be taken in the evening. |
