is an intensive three months course, which qualifies you as a Yoga Teacher with a diploma
in Yoga. This Diploma is recognized Internationally. |

Since 1986 Men and Women who undertook this Course are
presently conducting Yoga Classes in various Health Clubs, Schools, Private Clubs, Sport
Clubs etc. |
Yoga has now spread to nearly all major cities of Pakistan.
Few of those trained as Yoga Teachers are also holding Yoga Classes in Burma,
Russia, South America, Canada & USA. |
